In many older homes, the only option is to walk up the driveway to reach the front door.
This one being no different, we created a charming vintage look pathway using hand crafted brick, removed the tired old lawn and plants, replacing them with a cacophony of Springtime blooms. Boulders, Agaves and other colorful foliage plants carry the tune through the remainder of the year.

Found in one of Pasadena’s most desirable areas, this original San Rafael hills rancher was updated from head to toe. Occupying more than 12,000sf, we took it down to the dirt and started completely over. The newly added front porch is perfect for an mpromptu concert, enjoying a glass of wine or watching the grandkids play on the lawn.

The back was transformed into a shaded dining pavilion with a firepit where the “roof” can be opened to display the stars at night. Looking out over legacy oaks, we created a rain garden dotted with fragrant sages and other drought tolerant plants.
