The property's entrance, with its spacious Spanish brick courtyard and statement fountain, makes a striking first impression, setting the tone for the cultural journey that unfolds throughout the landscape. Artisanal stacked stonework creates dramatic retaining walls which perfectly embrace the historical Batchelder tiled fountain.
The pool area showcases an original pool updated by Huntington Pools featuring beautiful Morrish style custom made tile work, hand-finished plaster, a newly added raised spa with waterfall – all supporting the original character of this beautiful estate.

Throughout the garden, native flowering plants, architectural succulents, and carefully selected cacti fill generous planter beds, creating a drought-resistant landscape that honors both Mediterranean design traditions and Southern California's climate.
